The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will recruit for high volume roles across the business. You will partner with hiring leaders to understand their hiring needs, and you’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process. We need your expertise and passion to help us create a world-class experience for every candidate from start to finish. You’ll play a crucial part in achieving our ambitious hiring targets and executing an effective high volume recruitment strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop a full understanding of team need for the team(s) you are recruiting for
  • You will work with your leaders to develop a full understanding of hiring volumes, ensuring your energy is focused in areas that will add most value
  • You will own the candidate experience from first point of contact to start date, ensuring open lines of communication throughout the hiring process
  • You will post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews and effectively manage multiple funnels
  • You will support Senior Talent Acquisition Partners with ad hoc tasks such as scheduling interviews, candidate pick up, sourcing and sending offers or background checks.

Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience at a start up and/or in High Volume recruitment is considered an asset.
  • You have a proven ability to work in a high pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • You’re a strong communicator, both verbal & written, with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • You’re able to plan and prioritize work, remain highly organized, maintain confidentiality, and manage conflict professionally
  • You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • You are an advocate for Neo. You’re passionate about the mission and goals of our company, and you share these with candidates in a way that’s easy for them to understand
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role (D2C) is an asset
