Position Type: Full Time – Permanent Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic content plan aligned with business goals for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Engage with the audience across platforms, fostering a positive community
  • Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and optimize content for increased engagement
  • Collaborate with influencers to extend reach and promote the brand
  • Stay updated on trends, adapt content strategies, and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and regulations
  • Actively participate in video content creation for TikTok and YouTube, connecting with our audience creatively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and experience in social media management or related roles
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with the audience and managing interactions
  • Flexibility to adapt, stay updated with platform guidelines, and follow ethical practices
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends

  • In-depth knowledge and effective navigation of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Content Creation Skills:
