NDAX is currently looking to hire a Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up a clear marketing strategy, define goals and kpis
• Improving brand awareness through social media engagement, media coverage, and website traffic
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by gathering and improving customer feedback, net promoter score (NPS), and customer retention rates
• Conducting competitive analysis to identify how our organization is performing compared to competitors
• Managing the marketing budget
• Implementing a growth hacking marketing strategy
• Developing and overseeing brand guidelines
• Working with 3rd party consultants and freelancers on PR, content creation, social media management, and media partnerships
• Hiring and training the right agencies/talents
