About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who thrives in both digital and print media. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, and cross-functional global teams to bring the Nanoleaf brand to life through imaginative, high-impact visuals.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who can balance creativity and precision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Creative Leadership
- Uphold and evolve Nanoleaf’s visual identity across all creative touchpoints
- Ensure consistency in design, tone, and branding across digital and print media
- Interpret marketing and business objectives into innovative, high-quality creative executions
- Offer fresh, original ideas in brainstorms and campaign development
Digital & Web Design
- Design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, banners, PDPs, and digital campaigns
- Create on-brand graphics for social media, email newsletters, digital ads, and partner retail platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX considerations, accessibility, and creative alignment
- Be the liaison for Shopify tasks
Marketing, Sales & Packaging Support
- Design sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, POS/POP displays, spec sheets, and trade presentations
- Localize and adapt graphics for use across global channels
- Develop engaging, production-ready packaging from concept through execution
Retail & Visual Merchandising
- Create visual assets and print materials for in-store display, product demos, and branded environments
- Work with production vendors to bring merchandising concepts to life
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and CX to support design needs across teams
- Design internal training materials and launch support content for new products and promotions
- Maintain an organized internal image and asset library
Quality Assurance & Production Management
- Review all design deliverables for visual accuracy, brand alignment, and print/digital production readiness
- Coordinate with printers and third-party vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timelines are met
What You Bring
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Experience with Figma
- Strong knowledge of both digital and print design workflows
- Excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to tackle multiple overlapping tasks
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Experience in creating 3D photorealistic renderings
- Familiarity with web or app design principles
