What You Bring – Essential Experience (5–7 years)
- Project or program management across multiple simultaneous projects in technical environments—HVAC, building controls, IoT deployments, telecom, or retail construction
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and low-voltage electrical work
- Familiarity with automation or productivity tools for workflow efficiency (e.g., project dashboards, custom scripts, or integrations)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira), CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and advanced spreadsheet modeling
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage complex, multi-site deployments
- Comfort using digital/automation tools to improve efficiency
- Strong analytical abilities for energy modeling and ROI presentations
- Excellent communication skills for technical contractors and C-suite executives
- Comfort with up to 25% travel for site visits and contractor training
