- Achieve your annual sales plan for onboarding new logo accounts for multi-site Mysa HQ ideal customer profile (ICP) for hardware (HW) smart thermostats and sensors and ARR subscription software (SW) sales.
- Onboard, grow and retain accounts with a minimum of 250 to 1,250 devices including smart thermostats and sensors (i.e.: temperature, room, supply air, discharge air, refrigeration temperature, CO2, occupancy, water, door, lighting etc.)
- Identify top prospects, conduct outreach, generate leads, qualify prospects, survey for compatibility, develop scope and budget, propose, close and mobilize new business.
- Represent Mysa HQ at trade shows and with active participation in networking as well as committee involvement within relevant industry organizations such ConnexFM, RFMA etc.
- Provide excellent customer service, communication and mobilization for new clients with coordination of best practices for customer success journey with execution of sale.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tool, Salesforce to add and forecast business, successfully managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close. Maintain key prospect and customer information. Input and achieve sales activity for accountability and success with sales plan.
Your Star Qualities
- A minimum of seven (7) years’ sales experience and coachability.
- HVAC, controls and/or lighting industry knowledge and/or solutions facility services selling
- 4-Year Degree (Engineering, technical degree such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Computer Science; Business, Marketing and/or Communications).
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, honesty and ethical behavior in all business matters and adherence to Mysa core values.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities to multi-sites.
- Strong questioning, communication, planning, and presentation skills. Comfortable selling to both technical buyers and C-level.
- Exceptional hunting and closing skills. You are not afraid of the cold call.
- Ability be able to work independently and overcome resistance
- Hard-working, self-starter, ambitious, results oriented, self-motivated.
- Track record of working with cross-functional teams and the ability to get things done and prioritize.
- Solid computer skills in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack & CRM software
