My Well Self is a technology solution that is changing the wellness treatment navigation industry.

Since launching in 2021, My Well Self is a growing online resource for increasing access to wellness/holistic health based therapies and with growth we are now working on providing a wellness focused technology enabled care navigation solution for the increasing demand for wellness treatment options.

We are looking to take our company to the next level and need a technology leader that will help us build stronger connections between our customers and providers through our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals • Develop and oversee technology related process and standard of operations. • Communicate technology updates to executive members and investors • Manage the overall technology roadmap of the business • Set the technical strategy for the company to enable it to achieve its goals. • Stay up to date on increasing technological trends • Leading and oversee the data, security, maintenance and network • Seek out the current and future technology that will drive the company’s success. • Involvement in recruitment and management of junior technology team • Possibility of public talking to discuss the business technology platform • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

What we are looking for:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within startup environment • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and related areas • Experience with software project scoping, cost estimating, product roadmaps, and planning • Deep knowledge of software architecture design patterns • Experience with dev-ops, cloud infrastructure, and end-to-end product development and deployment • Experience with Agile Project management and Lean Startup methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
