Sales Representative
Join as a founding sales team member and help build our revenue engine from scratch. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing in a zero-brand-recognition environment.
The Opportunity
This is a 100% hands-on revenue role where you generate pipeline, run discovery and demos, and close deals with labor unions and democratic organizations. You’ll work closely with the CEO and help shape our go-to-market based on what you learn in the field.
What You’ll Do

- 3+ years B2B sales with strong outbound pipeline generation
- 2+ years SaaS/software sales with quota achievement
- Hunter mentality + comfort selling with low brand recognition
- HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency for forecasting + pipeline hygiene
- Comfortable navigating complex sales and committee-based decision processes
