The Senior Account Executive (Korea) is a key role that is responsible for delivering net new revenue to the company by acquiring new mobile games to advertise on Mistplay’s industry leading loyalty platform. Reporting to the Director, Head of Commercial, Korea, the Senior Account Executive (AE) will own the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting for new games, pitching prospective clients, negotiations terms, and closing deals. This is a quota driven role, focused 100% on new business sales.
What you'll do at Mistplay
Be accountable for the growth of our client base and attaining sales targets for South Korea
Build strategic partnership, good at maintaining relationship and maximize business opportunities for gaming clients
Knowledge about game publishing business and global mobile advertising platforms
Self-directed, motivated, and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goals and close new business deals and hit quarterly revenue targets
Travel to global industry conferences, regional events and client offices to meet/pitch to prospective clients. Travel may be at short notice (2 weeks)
Have a systematic approach to prospecting for new mobile gamesPublic session, Outreach to, establish, and maintain relationships with prospects
Pitch prospective clients via video and in-person meetings
Create custom proposals for prospects
Grow, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline and regularly report status updates, challenges, opportunities, threats, ideas to sales leader
Work with legal and finance to negotiate contracts and IO’s
Attend industry conferences and events to meet prospective clients
Continually improve sales and negotiation skills via company provided training and self-directed professional development
Work with revenue operations to help prepare regular sales reports
Work with sales enablement and marketing team to develop and update sales materials
Ability to speak and write in English/Korean
What you'll bring to Mistplay
5+ year experience in sales, preferably in mobile advertising or mobile gaming
Existing relationships in the mobile gaming industry preferred
Experience with and an understanding of performance marketing
Proven track record closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Ability to generate leads and build opportunity pipelines
Experience using Salesforce, MMPs, or similar enablement tools
Understanding of negotiating principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Be a natural leader and have the ability to be a senior member of the sales team
