The compensation range for this position is listed above and includes the base salary, a discretionary bonus, and the benefits available for this role. The listed range is based on the expectations outlined in this posting; however, the final base pay will be determined based on factors including transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.

Position Summary:
At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation, and we need an Inventory Analyst to ensure our supply chain never experiences gridlock! As a critical piece of our operations team, you will act as the ultimate traffic controller for our hardware, optimizing inventory levels and ensuring everything flows smoothly from vendor to warehouse. You will dive deep into product demand, logistics, and cost data to make data-driven recommendations that keep our safety stock in the fast lane and ensure component lead times don't hit any unexpected speed bumps. Objectives and Responsibilities:
Optimize the Vault: Recommend and maintain precise safety stock levels by analyzing demand forecasts, vendor locations, and component value.
Master the Timeline: Ensure accurate and reliable component lead times by rigorously analyzing and seasonally adjusting transit times from our logistics providers.
Drive Inventory Health: Actively monitor the "Days on Hand" report to proactively review and resolve items with high inventory buildup or zero demand.
Champion Cycle Counts: Take the reins on our cycle counting program by assigning counts, actively participating, and performing deep-dive analyses into any variances to support total inventory integrity.
Elevate Performance Metrics: Track, maintain, and continuously improve critical operational metrics, including On-Time Delivery, Cycle Count Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Days-of-Inventory.
The Ideal Profile:
You possess an uncompromising, high attention to detail—absolutely nothing slips past you or gets lost in the shuffle.
You bring strong, hands-on knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and genuinely enjoy turning raw data into actionable insights.
You have proven experience navigating and maximizing modern inventory management systems.
You bring practical, real-world experience managing and maintaining a highly accurate cycle count program.
