- Customer Success Management: Understand the mining industry reporting requirements and key operational drivers to help customers maximize the value of MineSense technology in their operations. Foster strong customer engagement through regular site visits and proactive communication. Serve as the primary customer point of contact for operational system performance and troubleshooting challenges to ensure ongoing value realization.
- Service Management: Develop and manage service delivery timelines on existing system portfolio in close collaboration with the MineSense on-site field service team and back-office functions to ensure that service delivery commitments are met. Coordinate the transition from commissioning to fully operational by ensuring a smooth handover between internal teams and customer site operations. Ensure system availability, uptime, and performance tracking are effectively communicated, while acting as a partner to the Project Management Office for broader project execution, governance, and timelines of new systems installations.
- Sales Enablement and Product Development: Act as a customer advocate, providing operational insights and feedback to Sales teams by offering customer account knowledge and facilitating communication to enable Sales teams to close deals. Liaise with Product Engineering through the Reliability team to communicate customer driven requirements and ensure that field learnings are incorporated in future product development. Support value demonstration efforts, helping customers quantify and optimize the impact of MineSense solutions within their operations.
Qualifications:
- Engineering / Technical background: Proven experience in technical project management, business requirements analysis, systems integration, or a related technical field, preferable within Mining.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate and resolve technical issues through collaboration.
- Client Interaction: Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within Mining OEM customer success, technical support, or consultancy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills at multiple levels, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen coupled with proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across departments to drive resolution and enhance the customer experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass the Chilean High-Altitude Medical Examination and to periodically live and work in a remote mining environment is required for this position.
- Spanish and English language skills.
