About this role:

As a pivotal member of our product leadership, the Director of Product Management will oversee the product management department, driving the development and execution of our product strategy to enhance market share and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for innovative solutions and user-centric design.

We are seeking a leader with deep expertise in leveraging data driven technologies to drive finance process optimization and innovation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bringing AI-solutions that transform finance operations, enhance efficiency, and provide valuable financial insights to the market. They will have extensive experience in software that serves the finance function, either ERP systems or analytics capabilities tailored for Finance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and related staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support) to guide products from conception to launch.
• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, aligning efforts to business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize product enhancements and backlog items based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on product strategy and results.
• Work closely with the marketing team to define go-to-market strategy, helping ensure product alignment with customer segments and market needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, translating insights into actionable strategies to drive product differentiation and leadership.
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision in collaboration with the VP of AI & Product

Your qualifications & requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in building products for Finance with a deep understanding of the technical requirements and market demands is desirable.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Familiarity with product management software such as Jira and Pendo is useful.
