Opportunity
Method is on the lookout for a Content Marketing Manager, Social & Multimedia—someone who’s equal parts creative storyteller, video editor and strategic marketer, excited to build our brand presence across social channels and partner activations. You’ll amplify Method’s brand voice by leading our social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, etc.), crafting scroll-stopping campaigns, and driving co-marketing initiatives like webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and thought leadership collaborations.
We’re on a mission to give businesses real control over their customer workflows—like how they manage leads, opportunities, job scheduling, and invoices—while tying it all back to their finance function. Our two-way QuickBooks integration has earned a 4.7 star rating from 1,700+ reviews in the Intuit App Store, and we want to build on that momentum by reaching new audiences in creative, impactful ways.
You’ll report to the Content Marketing Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and more. This is your chance to shape Method’s voice on social channels, oversee both long-form and short-form video projects, host compelling webinars, experiment with emerging formats, and grow as a marketer in a quickly-evolving space.
What You’ll Do
- Own our social media strategy from planning, creation, and scheduling to platform-specific optimizations across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Manage end-to-end video production projects, from scripting and storyboarding to filming coordination and final edits—producing product demos, behind-the-scenes footage, brand stories, and other multimedia beyond short-form “memes.”
- Oversee short-form video content (e.g., reels, YouTube Shorts, quick tips) in parallel with longer-form videos, ensuring both align with Method’s brand identity and resonate with our ICP.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, and thought leaders, developing co-marketing initiatives like webinars and other lead-generating content.
- Manage webinar production end-to-end—from concept and speaker coordination to promotion, hosting, and post-event follow-up—ensuring an engaging experience that drives pipeline opportunities.
- Collaborate with executives and employees to amplify thought leadership and “zero-click” content that resonates with our ICP, refining posts and videos based on engagement metrics and audience feedback.
- Manage and publish our newsletter, curating timely content (product updates, success stories, new assets) that engages subscribers and drives them deeper into the Method ecosystem.
- Write short form and longer form content pieces (e.g., social posts, emails, whitepapers, how-to guides), independently and in collaboration with other members of the content team.
- Experiment with new social formats (polls, AMAs, contests, micro-trends) to attract and engage audiences, iterating quickly based on performance results.
- Partner closely with the SEO manager to cross-promote pillar content, share insights on trending topics, and maintain a unified brand voice across channels.
- Track and analyze key metrics—social engagement, webinar attendance, partnership-driven leads, and video performance—and provide regular updates to optimize our social and multimedia strategies.
You’re a Great Fit If
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, focusing on social media and/or multimedia content production.
- You’re a natural storyteller and writer who can turn complex topics into accessible social posts, thought-leadership pieces, or brand videos.
- You bring video production skills—planning, scripting, on-set coordination, editing oversight—and can successfully deliver engaging, polished video content.
- You’ve hosted or managed webinars, from content ideation and speaker coordination to promotion and post-event follow-up.
- You have proven success in co-marketing or partnerships, effectively leveraging relationships to expand brand reach.
- You’re comfortable experimenting with new platforms and features, staying eager to adopt emerging trends.
Bonus Points For
- Hands-on editing or design skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva) to mock up assets quickly.
- A track record of high-performing social or video campaigns (including LinkedIn, X, or YouTube).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other accounting/ops tools.
- Community-building experience (hosting or engaging in online forums, groups, etc.).
- Deep understanding of “grey collar” industries, like manufacturing, wholesaling, construction, IT professionals, etc., and what makes them tick.
