- Translate business requirements into technical designs, data models, and actionable tasks.
- Develop and integrate front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate in grooming sessions, user research, and solutioning discussions.
- Provide feedback on product development improvements and contribute to feature enhancement ideas.
- Contribute to both no-code development and traditional code-based development workflows.
- Follow Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure timely and effective delivery of features.
- Document technical designs, processes, and updates thoroughly.
- Be a proactive team player with a commitment to the team’s success.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
- Basic experience with front-end development tools including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Exposure to SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration techniques.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and development workflows (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to build and iterate applications using no-code tools.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, with experience using Visual Studio IDE.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Exposure to automated testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Co-op level or higher working experience in production-level application development.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent training/experience.
- Exposure to application development and/or scripting/lowcode/nocode tooling.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Experience working with tools such as React, AngularJS, or similar frameworks.
