Our Product team is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Product Manager passionate about delivering the most customer-centric experience. The successful candidate must exhibit excellent judgment, prioritizing new product features and architectural improvements. Someone who has a good grasp on analyzing and pulling the right data to make informed decisions and communicate with the teams.

Our flagship product is Method:CRM, a customer relationship management tool for small businesses that have outgrown their processes. The Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be part of a driven and supportive team that strives to deliver value to our customers by shipping new features and helping our platform scale.
- Work with the Senior Product Manager on your teams to understand the strategy and how your work fits into it.
- Validate the business value and user value of opportunities for your product area.
- Measure and analyze product usage, customer behaviours, and other data to derive insights that help generate feature requirements.
- Participate in Product Discovery activities such as customer interviews, analyzing user data, and competitor analysis.
- Help drive Product Delivery by keeping the team focused on the right things and helping unblock issues that might come up.
- Work with the design team on creating delightful customer experiences.
- Ensure your team’s backlog of features and bugs are groomed and prioritized.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual roadmaps for your product lines.
- Create product requirements and product spec docs for your developers to execute on.
- Be able to communicate and get alignment across teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Work with marketing on communicating product changes and improvements.
- Working with other product teams to ensure alignment.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team’s success in a fast-paced environment.

- Post-secondary education in the following areas is preferred: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent training/experience.
- A genuine excitement for solving business problems with software and technology.
- A proven passion for all things tech (UX, Development, Business).
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to break down ideas to be shared with designers, software developers and others.
- Passionate for building engaging user experiences.
- Must be self-motivated, goal driven and can multitask and prioritize.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team’s success in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the following is nice: Data analysis, CRM or Field Service Applications, No-Code Tools and Agile methodologies, such as Kanban or Scrum.

Hybrid Policy
We are currently on a flexible hybrid schedule where employees work in the office 2-3 days per week.
In your first 30 days, you will:
- Onboard and acclimate with the Product and Development team.
- Understand Method’s values and how our teams collaborate to drive results.
- Learn and become an expert of our internal communication tools, norms, and practices.
- Become acquainted with your product area, the product goals, and those you will work closely with.
- Complete Method’s Bootcamp.
- Work with your manager to build out tailored goals and a plan to set you in the right direction for the upcoming quarter.
In your first 60 days, you will:
- Immerse yourself in our product discovery and delivery process.
- Work with the product lead to organize and prioritize the backlog.
- Start working closely with your development and design team.
- Contribute to the product team's culture, processes, and best practices.
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Be fully embedded into and contribute to the outcomes with your development team.
- Ship features that deliver high business impact.
- Monitor and measure the success of your initiatives against company goals.
- Work closely with your manager to explore goals for the rest of the year.
- Participate in your first quarterly performance review.
In your first year, you will:
- Ship product that directly supports the success of our company objectives.
- Work with other product managers to measure and refine roadmaps, backlogs, and processes to make improvements over time.
- Ensure your team has an incredible record of building impactful products within your deadlines.
- Participate in your first annual review.
Job Type: Permanent full-time
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 p.a.
