The Global Head of Sales at META will spearhead our sales operations worldwide, taking charge of global revenue opportunities across diverse business units and product categories, with an initial focus on Authentication and Brand Protection. This role is central to META's growth trajectory, ensuring that our products penetrate every potential market and that we maintain robust relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
- Global Revenue Management:
- Assume responsibility for global revenue opportunities, reporting directly to the central corporate hub and key senior stakeholders across various business units and product categories.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the dedicated team to craft comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for the Authentication/Currency division.
- Refine the Go-to-Market model strategy as new product markets emerge and are prioritized.
- International Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage an international sales team to align with corporate priorities and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring the company meets its commitments and delivers best-in-class customer service.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze data to pinpoint new market opportunities in designated regions, aiming to boost market share and revenue.
- Proven ability to manage high-performing international sales teams across diverse regions and sectors.
- Demonstrated sales success in both public and commercial sectors.
- Expertise in forging enduring relationships, especially with C-suite stakeholders and government officials.
- Experience in channel sales management through third parties to meet company goals.
- Proficiency in devising and executing go-to-market sales strategies.
- Degree qualifications.
- Technical sales and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of surpassing targets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Extensive international experience with a knack for culturally sensitive negotiations.
- Confidence in presenting at the board level.
- Public speaking prowess and client training experience are advantageous.
