Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) targeting mass tort and personal injury law firms in the U.S.
- Research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders within our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent.
- Book qualified discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
- Gather and share market feedback to help improve positioning and sales processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to grow a career in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection - you see it as part of the process, not a failure.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- This is a hybrid role based in our Toronto office (Richmond & Spadina) with an expectation of working in-office three days per week.

Bonus Experience
- Exposure to legal tech, data services, or selling into law firms.
- Experience in an early-stage startup or fast-growing sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Prior experience booking meetings or supporting a full-cycle sales team.
