Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close, primarily focused on mass tort and personal injury law firms in the US.
- Leverage provided lead lists and tools to book qualified demos and build pipeline, while maintaining high outbound activity.
- Deeply understand our value proposition and tailor demos and proposals to meet the specific pain points of our ICP’s.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for pipeline creation, demo’s booked and deals closed.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline and forecasts in our CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps and Product teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve messaging and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with a focus on legal tech or data services.
- Proven success in outbound sales motions, with a HUNTER mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Comfortable selling into complex buying groups and working with legal professional (paralegals, legal Ops, attorneys).
- Strong communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written.
- Organized, self-driven and able to work independently in a remote 1st environment after the initial three months of hiring.
- Based ideally in Toronto.
- This is an IN OFFICE ROLE – 3 days a week (Our offfice is at Richmond and Spadina)

Bonus Experience
- Prior experience selling into personal injury or mass tort law firms.
- Background in early stage start up environments with a build as you go mentality.
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot.
