What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close, primarily focused on mass tort and personal injury law firms in the US
- Leverage provided lead lists and tools to book qualified demos and build pipeline, while maintaining high outbound activity
- Deeply understand our value proposition and tailor demos and proposals to meet the specific pain points of our ICP’s
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for pipeline creation, demo’s booked and deals closed
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline and forecasts in our CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps and Product teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve messaging and workflows
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with a focus on legal tech or data services
- Proven success in outbound sales motions, with a HUNTER mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable selling into complex buying groups and working with legal professional (paralegals, legal ops, attorneys)
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment after the initial three months of hiring
- Eager to spend time in our downtown Toronto office during onboarding and as required thereafter
- Demonstrated behaviours that reinforce Marbles values: Hunger, Humility, and Care
Bonus points if you have
- Prior experience selling into personal injury or mass tort law firms
- Background in early stage start up environments with a build as you go mentality
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
