- Revenue Enablement: Develop scalable, self-serve enablement materials —pitch decks, one-pagers, and positioning guides— based on cross-functional product and market information to support clear, confident go-to-market execution for Sales and Client Success.
- Partnership Marketing: Serve as the marketing lead for B2B partnerships, translating Maple’s brand strategy into co-branded and white-labeled assets while ensuring external campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and flawlessly executed.
- Workflow & Communication Coordination: Act as the central coordination hub across Marketing, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities, aware of changes or blockers, and equipped to execute without losing sight of the bigger picture.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, enablement, or partner-facing roles—such as Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Customer Programs—ideally in a B2B, B2B2C, tech, or insurance environment.
- You’ve supported client-facing teams or participated in partner marketing workstreams, and you can confidently represent the brand in both cross-functional and external conversations.
- You're a strong communicator, systems thinker, and proactive operator who thrives in high-growth environments. You bring sound judgment, navigate ambiguity with ease, and know when to ask, escalate, or decide.
- You’re energized by collaborative work across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Business Development, and you naturally bring clarity and coordination to complex workflows.

- Revenue or Sales Enablement Manager in a tech or healthcare setting
- Customer Programs or Marketing Operations Manager with exposure to client-facing campaigns
- GTM Enablement Specialist with experience bridging sales and marketing
