We offer virtual care services across multiple distribution channels, including Direct-to-Consumer ("B2C"), Employers and Private Insurers ("B2B") and Public Sector Institutions ("B2I"). With a growing network of 2,000+ healthcare providers and nearly 4 million Canadians with access to our services, Maple is one of Canada’s fastest-growing virtual care companies.
We have established an entrepreneurial culture centered around our purpose to support people’s health and well-being and to strengthen the healthcare system. We attribute our success to our team, who has helped us achieve numerous noteworthy awards including: LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups, Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, Globe & Mail's Top Growing Companies in Canada, North America’s Inspiring Workplaces, and Glory Professional’s The Power 50: Canada’s Most Impactful Companies.
THE POSITION
At Maple, we believe that marketing isn’t just about reach—it’s about impact. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving scalable, data-informed growth for one of Canada’s fastest-growing health tech companies.
This role is primarily focused on B2C growth - acquiring new users and driving demand for our direct-to-consumer virtual care services. You’ll own performance across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, programmatic, and SEO. This is a high-impact individual contributor (IC) role where you’ll lead strategy and execution end-to-end, turning insights into results and experiments into scalable campaigns.
Reporting to our Senior Director, Performance and Digital, you’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data to build a high-performing acquisition engine. While the focus is B2C, you’ll also support select B2B campaigns where there’s overlap in audience or execution.
If you’re passionate about growing purpose-driven brands, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love building what doesn’t yet exist, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead performance marketing strategy: Own the strategy and execution of Maple’s paid acquisition efforts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic display, and emerging channels.
- Own organic growth and discoverability: Develop and execute a scalable SEO strategy to improve Maple’s visibility across high-intent, organic search terms and drive cost-efficient acquisition.
- Drive full-funnel B2C growth: Build and optimize campaigns that generate awareness, capture demand, and convert high-intent audiences into engaged Maple users.
- Build and scale creative testing: Collaborate with Brand and Creative to launch and iterate on high-performing ads. Run structured creative experiments to improve performance over time.
- Turn insights into action: Analyze performance data to drive optimization decisions and uncover new growth opportunities. Own reporting for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
- Collaborate across the growth funnel: Work with Lifecycle and Product Marketing to ensure a seamless acquisition-to-retention journey and maximize long-term user value.
- Support B2B selectively: Contribute to select employer/insurer campaigns where appropriate, especially when targeting or performance tactics overlap.
12 – 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES
In your first 90 days, you’ll assess Maple’s performance marketing ecosystem—analyzing channels, campaigns, creative, and budgets to identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll optimize active campaigns, launch quick-win tests, and enhance reporting for faster decision-making. You’ll also evaluate our channel testing framework and launch at least one new test to explore scalable growth opportunities.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, you’ll lead the development of a high-performing B2C acquisition strategy that balances paid efficiency with organic growth. You’ll build and scale a creative testing framework to continuously improve ad performance, while also evolving our SEO approach—from content strategy to technical optimization. You'll enhance reporting infrastructure, experiment with new channels and audience segments, and drive alignment across the marketing funnel to fuel sustainable, scalable growth.
