What We Are Looking For

We seek a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team and drive sales forecasting, reporting, quota setting and process optimization. This role will provide crucial analytical support for over 1,000 annual crowdfunding campaigns, helping identify trends and correlations in campaign performance, enhance sales strategies, and support leadership in quota setting and deal forecasting.

As a Sales Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Management, to optimize processes, build and manage dashboards, and deliver actionable insights. This role will ensure that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively to support the continued success of our creators.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and deliver insights to improve forecasting accuracy for over 1,000 product campaigns annually.
  • Build and manage infrastructure for sales reporting, including dashboards, and KPIs
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with management on sales forecasting, quota setting, KPI tracking and pipeline analysis.
  • Identify patterns and correlations between campaign performance, successful product types, and brands.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for marketing-led initiatives and sales programs to optimize ROI.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements within sales operations, working closely with the Sr. Sales Operations Specialist to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and incentive programs, providing insights for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, or Financial Analyst role, ideally within e-commerce or a high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated experience in building dashboards and automating reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with forecasting models and quota-setting processes.

Bonus

  • Experience in the creator economy or e-commerce space.
  • Experience working with unpredictable or highly variable revenue.
  • Familiarity with crowdfunding models and campaign analytics.
  • Project management skills with a focus on process improvement.

Salary Band: $80-90K CAD per annum. Individual salaries will be dependent on unique skills, experience and qualifications.
