Role summary

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Communications, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in helping Magnet Forensics scale its design and brand presence across digital channels. This role focuses on creating high-impact, on-brand assets that support marketing campaigns, product storytelling, web experiences, and social engagement.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across marketing to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals — balancing strong design fundamentals with the speed and flexibility required in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You’re comfortable working across formats, leveraging modern tools, including AI, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our brand.

Your team

The Graphic Designer will join Magnet Forensics’ Marketing Communications team — the storytellers and strategists who bring our brand to life through content, design, PR, and thought leadership.

What You'll Do

    • Design and produce high-quality digital assets for web, social, paid ads, email, demand gen campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and more.

    • Design assets that extend the brand into physical environments, including trade show booths, signage, and materials for industry events and Magnet Forensics’ conferences.

    • Contribute to the design and optimization of web pages and user experiences in collaboration with marketing and web teams.

    • Edit and adapt video content for social media and digital campaigns (e.g., short-form, cutdowns, motion elements) as needed.

    • Translate strategic messaging into clear, engaging visual concepts that align with brand standards.

    • Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, interpret briefs, and deliver effective creative solutions.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and shifting priorities.

    • Continuously evolve and refine visual assets to improve performance, clarity, and engagement.

    • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern design workflows to improve efficiency and scale output.

    • Maintain consistency across all deliverables while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Magnet Forensics brand.

What We're Looking For

    We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented designer who moves quickly, adapts easily, and takes pride in producing thoughtful, effective work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong visual instincts, and are excited to help shape the brand of a growing SaaS company.

    Must-haves

    • 4–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).

    • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across web, social, and marketing campaigns.

    • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express), Figma, and related platforms.

    • Experience contributing to web design and digital user experiences.

    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in a digital context.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and improve efficiency.

    Nice-to-haves

    • Experience editing video content for digital and social channels.

    • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments.

    • Familiarity with motion design or light animation.

    • Understanding of performance-driven creative (e.g., optimizing assets based on engagement or conversion).

Compensation & Benefits
The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
