Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of global marketing programs that generate leads, build awareness, and drive sales pipeline across both Public and Private Sector segments. Operating as a core member of the demand generation team, this role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to launch integrated campaigns, track program effectiveness, and report on results.
Please note: This is an individual contributor role (18 Month Contract Opportunity)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize workload, and drive initiatives to completion;
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the go-to-market for lead generating campaigns, product launches and programs (cross-sell & growth) including tracking and reporting on results;
  • Oversee all stages of the global webinar program, including managing topic development and speaker sourcing (through team collaboration) and promotional plan (email, social, and paid digital);
  • Responsible for liaising with the Training team to bring forward cross-functional opportunities, generate upsell and cross-sell pipeline, while also supporting training go-to-market initiatives;
  • Lead or support ad hoc projects, including special initiatives, workflow improvements, technology enhancements, as needed;
  • Project manage GTM for content creation across various formats including case studies, whitepapers, and video production;
  • Leverage marketing tech stack to support multi-channel ABM campaigns including email, digital programming, custom chat bots, and events; present program details and performance results to Sales and Marketing teams;
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations across processes, as observed;
  • Define and track key metrics and deliver reporting and analytics for above marketing programs;
  • Provide budget support to vertical leads, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting on program spend;
  • Manage external marketing vendors as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce, or equivalent experience;
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing program management, channel marketing, B2B or B2G marketing;
  • Experience with managing external vendors/agencies;
  • Experience in managing complicated and time sensitive projects;
  • Interest and desire to learn and adapt to new technologies;
  • Ability to creatively problem solve;
  • Self-starter and driven to succeed;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Familiarity with tools a plus: ON24, Demandbase, Qualified, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft.
Compensation & Benefits
The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
