Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Magnet-Griffeye)

What You Will Accomplish:
- Contribute to and advocate for our test strategy;
- Be an active part of our test automation forum;
- Provide technical leadership for test automation and mentor colleagues;
- Understand our products thoroughly to be able to prioritize and to mediate risks related to code quality;
- Design and implement automation frameworks and test infrastructure to support development teams with automated test solutions;
- Design, implement, and manage automated tests;
- Collaborate closely with our teams and Product Owners to assess and advise on testability during the planning phase, and advocate for automation in feature development;
- Work with our teams to increase and improve automated testing;
- Present solutions with recommendations to ensure maximum impact while effectively communicating with team members, across teams and with all levels of leadership;
- Take responsibility for developing your skills to stay up to date within your area of expertise.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with software test automation and QA;
- Proficient in object oriented programming and strong ability to work in other languages as needed (e.g. java, C#, Python)
- Strong experience in SQL queries;
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members;
- Strong experience developing robust test automation and supporting tools;
- Expertise in managing risks related to code quality;
- Demonstrated passion for quality in both the automated solutions and the product;
- Ability to manage and adapt to change positively;
- Proven ability to build trust and influence within a team to drive successful delivery throughout the software development life cycle;
- Experience with Agile Development Practices;
- Fluency (Reading, Writing, Speaking) in English. Swedish language skills considered a plus!
