Project Manager - Hardware

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams associated with the evolution of our hardware products, including new hardware launches, sunsetting, or improvement of existing hardware.
- Partner with supply chain, engineering, and vendors to understand manufacturing issues and mitigate risks to timelines due to part shortages or obsolescence.
- Drive project scope and objective activities, ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and that scope is technically feasible and deliverable within project timeframes
- Drive the delivery of multiple cross functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the process
- Manage the relationship and expectations of external stakeholders/clients
- Track product work items across multiple organizational groups
- Perform risk management to identify risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction or elimination
- Provide status updates and escalate to Management as needed
- Ensure prioritization and alignment of initiatives and that overall projects meet business and financial goals
- Proactively manage change ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making process
- Collaborate with our functional teams to ensure a smooth handover of project deliverables
- Collaborate with hardware suppliers to implement processes that enable a high-performance supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Min 3-5 years’ experience managing projects primarily product focused, ideally with hardware exposure.
- Sound knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and leading project teams
- Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- PMP, CSCP certifications considered an asset

- The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
- Compensation Range:
- MIN: $72,100 - MID: $103,000 - MAX: $123,600 Currency: CAD
