Your Team:
The Marketing team is responsible for developing and leading programs at all stages of the marketing funnel, to drive demand and create opportunities for our global sales team.
Your Role:
The Events Manager plays a critical role in driving pipeline and brand visibility through the execution of high-impact events across the EMEA region. This role supports Magnet Forensics' global event marketing strategy by leading the planning, execution, and optimization of both sponsored tradeshows and flagship hosted customer events. Working closely with colleagues in Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales, this individual will manage a high volume of events annually often 50–70 per year while ensuring measurable ROI, strategic alignment, and flawless execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, with proven experience in vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and using tools like Salesforce, Cvent, and iCapture to streamline operations and drive results.
What You Will Accomplish:
· Own end-to-end event execution across EMEA, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 tradeshows, flagship hosted events with 150+ attendees, partner events, and the annual partner summit, driving pipeline and brand awareness
· Collaborate with Regional Marketing and Sales to align on event selection, messaging, speaking opportunities, and staffing to ensure consistent regional presence
· Negotiate and manage contracts while overseeing vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
· Drive marketing-influenced pipeline through impactful onsite activations, seamless lead capture, and effective follow-up
· Analyze and report on event ROI using post-event data and stakeholder feedback to refine strategy and scale success
· Deliver events rapidly, moving from concept to execution within weeks and adapting quickly to last-minute changes without sacrificing quality
· Integrate broader marketing initiatives, such as customer advocacy and product education, into relevant events
· Optimize event operations by developing scalable processes, documentation, and cross-regional knowledge sharing
· Utilize marketing platforms like Pardot, Salesforce, Cvent, RainFocus, and iCapture to manage execution, capture leads, and track performance
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure event programs align with business goals and stakeholder expectations
What We Are Looking For:
· 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
· Proven experience planning and executing event marketing programs, including trade show logistics, hosted events, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting
· Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of events annually (50 to 70+ per year), including Tier 1 sponsored conferences and hosted flagship customer events
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and onsite personnel across multiple, simultaneous projects, especially during peak event seasons
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Sales, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation)
· Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms), and event registration platforms like Cvent, RainFocus, and iCapture
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
· Creative and proactive mindset, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving problems quickly
*Travel is required: Ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed (up to two times per month during peak periods)
* Proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a strong asset
We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
The Most Important Thing:
We’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they have demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences:
CARE – We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the world.
