What You Will Accomplish:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet defined objectives;
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope;
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports;
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools;
- Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple projects;
- Facilitate product management rituals including product demos, newsletters, quarterly business reviews, and retrospectives.

There are a few must-haves, but we will keep that list short:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or other project management certification preferred;
- 3+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects;
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies;
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities,
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana);
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable)
Compensation Range:
- MIN: $87,200 - MID: $109,000 - MAX: $130,800 CAD
