- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment;
- Strong sense of teamwork, personal integrity, and accountability;
- Strong self-starter attitude with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and a passion for new technologies;
- Proficiency with standard defect-tracking and source control software like Jira, GitHub, and Azure DevOps;
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
The Most Important Thing:
- We’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they have demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences:
- CARE – We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the world.
