Your Role:
The Marketing Manager, Private Sector is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of global marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads & sales pipeline for the Private Sector segment. As an integral part of the demand generation team, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the Private Sector Marketing lead and the demand gen team, as well across functionally, to launch programs using the latest demand generation methods, with the objective to create sales pipeline, support sales conversion, track program effectiveness and report on the results.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute lead generating campaigns and programs aligned to sales objectives, with a focus on building awareness & driving new logo growth opportunities specific to the Private Sector segment.
- Manage new product introductions: identify go-to-market deliverables, maintain alignment across the team, generate the promotional plan, and see elements though to a successful launch.
- Project manage the development and promotion of our annual industry report working collaboratively with external vendors and cross functional teams to collect industry data, prepare content promotional plan, host program debrief, and monitor program results.
- Working collaboratively with the broader demand generation team, bring multi-channel Account Based Marketing campaigns to life, including email, digital experiences, custom chat bots and events. Role includes presenting program details to Sales and Marketing teams along with performance results.
- Act as a liaison to the Content and Creative Services team ensuring alignment and delivery of impactful content.
- Provide regular reporting and analytics on program effectiveness offering actionable insights to improve performance and outcomes.
- Manage external marketing vendors as required

We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in marketing program management, channel marketing, B2B marketing
- Experience with managing external vendors/agencies
- Experience in managing complicated and time sensitive projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with tools a plus: Pardot, ON24, Demandbase, Drift, ZoomInfo, Turtl, and SalesLoft.

Compensation:

  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
  • MIN: $73,600 - MID: $92,000 - MAX: $110,400 - Currency: CAD
