Your Team
The Demand Generation team at Magnet Forensics is responsible for driving awareness and demand for our solutions that result in sales pipeline growth. The Marketing Operations Specialist will play an important role to support these objectives by working cross-functionally to maintain our marketing tech stack & streamline operations, lead flow processes and data health.

What You Will Accomplish
· Maximize operational efficiencies by maintaining high data quality in our marketing automation systems, and ensuring data is easily accessible and consistent across all required reports.
· Support lead flow processes and identify areas of operational improvement to streamline workflow and data challenges.
· Partner with the Business Systems team to ensure optimized implementation and use of our marketing tech stack.
o Maintain performance of our marketing tech stack and optimize its usage.
o When there is a need/challenge identified that can be assisted with the implementation of additional marketing tech, assist team in investigating, evaluating, and measuring different tools.
o Help the team audit use of marketing software tools, to ensure we are continuously improving configuration to adapt to ongoing needs of the team, and ensuring tools deliver full value and ROI.
· Partner with the Global Sales Enablement team to train the marketing (and sales) team on marketing software tools; create training documentation that guides the marketing (& sales) team on optimal tool usage.
· When necessary, lead and facilitate the creation of marketing operational processes, that leverages our marketing tech stack, to help the team effectively measure, achieve and report on KPIS & objectives.
· Marketing data stewardship.
o Proactively maintain the database quality of our marketing automation system (Paradot), and other marketing systems; identify and lead tool improvement projects, as required.
o Ensure appropriate marketing database compliance with regulations like GDRP.
· Support digital marketing team with web landing page developments and corresponding forms, to ensure data is captured in an effective and seamless manner that optimizes conversions.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:
· University degree in Business and/or Marketing
· 1-2 years of business experience
· Experience using marketing tech stack including Pardot, Salesforce, Drift, Wordpress.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
Compensation Range:
MIN: $57,600 - MID: $72,000 - MAX: $86,400 - Currency: CAD
