Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be driven, put the customer first and is a “people person” who derives their energy from creating successful relationships.
What You Will Accomplish
· Provide day-to-day support to our sales workforce with activities such as opportunity workflows and troubleshooting errors in the sales process.
· Encourage and support the accuracy of various records in Salesforce.com.
· Liaise with Business Systems in logging incidents and problem resolution as well as participate in testing activities required to release changes to production.
· Collaborate with Order Operations to expedite opportunities through to closed-won and order fulfillment.
· Optimize the sales process by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending change.
· Liaise with cross-functional teams to support deal requirements across region and ensure positive customer experience through all steps of the customer journey.
· Partner with the Regional Revenue Operations Managers to understand the needs of sales leaders and their teams and provide support where needed.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:
· Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with and support a diverse team.
· Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities.
· Strong analytical skills, including various techniques in data analysis and report development across a variety of tools, such as MS Excel.
· Experience with Salesforce.com, and other sales tool platforms.
The Most Important Thing
We’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they have demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences:
CARE – We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the world.
OWN – We are accountable for our results – while never forgetting to act with integrity, empathy, and respect.
DEDICATE – We put our heart and soul into meeting the needs of our customers and helping them serve the people they protect.
EVOLVE – We are constantly innovating and exploring new ways to work together to make an impact with our work.
We’re committed to continuous learning and are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This commitment will be reflected in our hiring processes and embedded in our values and how we treat one another. If you’re interested in this role, but do not meet all of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply anyways.
