Your Team
The Magnet Forensics Order Operations team plays a critical role at Magnet, ensuring our customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner. This team is a highly motivated, detail oriented group who focus on continual improvement and upping their game to delight our customers and internal stakeholders.

“The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the end of sale cycle within the organization. In this role you will maintain salesforce contract data, fulfil licenses, invoice customers, ship products to external Customers and work with the internal teams to meet Customer needs and ensure contractual compliance.”

What You Will Accomplish

  • Analyze and fulfill customer orders and requests within SLAs and provide timely and excellent customer service
  • Create accurate Order Contracts
  • Create Accounts within Invoicing Portals
  • Create software licenses within various systems
  • Create and maintain reports through Salesforce.com
  • Create and maintain workflow process documents and videos
  • Manage the team’s inventory requirements
  • Invoice clients and prepare reports as needed
  • Respond to customer emails regarding license and fulfillment inquires
  • Work with Marketing to create order materials
  • Perform clerical duties such as maintaining financial filing and record systems
  • Assisting the sales team with customer issues, orders, and sales requirements
  • Assist the finance team, as required, for example Prepare and match credit memo’s
  • Assist with completing Vendor Forms

What We Are Looking For

  • We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes. It’s more important to us to find a candidate who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experience they have been a part of, than to find folks who have “been there, done that”. We want to be a part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
  • There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
  • 2+ years of experience successfully working within order fulfillment processing
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and teamwork skills and a demonstrated ability to solve problems in order to meet KPI’s
  • Ability to successfully achieve results through independent actions with minimal supervision, while also maintaining a strong collaborative approach with your amazing team!
