Role Summary
The Deal Success Coordinator will provide support to the sales team in responding to vendor forms, and coordinating responses from various teams including sales, marketing, finance, legal, and order operations. This individual will also provide general day-to-day sales support for the Account Management team and assist the Revenue Operations team with various tasks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the deal success process by executing the following activities:
  • Creating responses to tenders, RFP’s, security questionnaires and administrative forms (banking information, company info, etc)
  • Prepare responses to sales and product literature requests to facilitate the selling process
  • Work closely with teams throughout the company including sales, finance, legal, marketing, operations, product/engineering to help respond to customer requests
  • Uphold complete and accurate records of all activities in Salesforce
  • Coordinate resources, schedules and timelines for assigned projects
  • Produce required sales analytics and reports from Salesforce
  • Provide day-to-day support of the Account Management team to expedite deal closure
  • ·Support the Revenue Operations team with activities such as sales process adherence and testing new developments in Salesforce.com
  • Promote positive working relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • University degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent program
  • 3+ years’ of experience in an administrative role
  • Expert level working experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, experience with Salesforce considered an asset
  • Excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
