Your Role
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for payroll processing, maintenance of personnel files, and the creation of certain account reconciliations and compliance filings. This role plays an exciting role in supporting and leading various activities across a dynamic and fast-paced department and organization.

What You Will Accomplish:
· Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll information in a timely and accurate manner.
· Maintain personnel files to comply with internal and external compliance obligations.
· Support Human Resources with employee enrollment and helpdesk support.
· Coordinate with and support various global offices to process foreign payroll.
· Reconcile payroll reports and prepare other required payroll filings including government remittances and year-end filings.
· Provide support for global benefits administration.
· Provide certain other accounting support, including support with special projects as required.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as much from you as you learn from us.
There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:
· Experience processing and administrating payroll.
· Knowledge of the payroll year-end processes, including T4 and/or W2 preparation, EHT reconciliation and filing and other year-end compliance tasks.
In addition, may have some of the following skills and experiences:
- PCP designation
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, including ADP and NetSuite considered an asset.
- Experience with global benefits.
