Who Are We?

Machobear Studios is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We are the creators of liv.rent, an all-in-one platform that connects tenants with landlords. In addition to developing and maintaining our platform, we work on a variety of exciting projects for our clients within the real estate and food industries, providing innovative tech solutions that meet their unique needs.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 6 month contract and work with our internal brands. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our teams during campaigns. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.

What You’ll Be doing

• Develop and manage workback schedules for projects, campaigns and activations
• Oversee project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Outreach and communicate with external clients and companies
• Utilize Asana to organize tasks and assign responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure all project deliverables meet guidelines and are delivered on schedule
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays, providing solutions to keep projects on track
• Assist with reports, data collection and email campaigns
• Assist in brainstorm and creation of creative campaigns

What You Bring Us

• 1-2 years of experience, with a strong background in project management and client coordination
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
