Job Title: Customer Support Associate, Entry-Level, FT Perm

LyricFind, a global pioneer in lyric licensing and data solutions, are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team based at our Toronto office.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who will handle a variety of important supportive tasks including managing a large volume of inbound requests through our CRM platform, while providing support to all departments, publishers and digital service providers.

Responsibilities

• Supporting artists, songwriters, publishers, distributors, and fans navigate LyricFind services, including the LyricFind Dashboard.

• Provide data delivery assistance for our partners.

• Troubleshoot lyric display issues for artists, songwriters, and publishers.

• Maintain internal CRMs to stay on SLA deliveries from publishers and distributors.

• Maintain excellent and productive communication and relationships with artists, songwriters, publishers, and clients.

• Manage internal requests through internal platforms redirecting questions as needed.

Location

• This is a full-time position, working on-site from our office at Yonge & Eglinton in Toronto, ON but will be temporarily hybrid until further notice.

Experience and Required Skills

• You have a high school diploma, or better.

• You have at least one year of experience in customer service in a SaaS environment.

• You have a curious mind and love unraveling mysteries using client data.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and verbal).

• You are highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.

• You are self-motivated, and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

• You are familiar with various CRMs and management platforms like Monday.com, and Freshdesk.
• You are proficient in Google Suite.

• $40,000 per year
