LyricFind, the trusted source of lyric and data licensing, is expanding its sales team! We are hiring an enthusiastic, highly organized, and self-driven individual that thrives on cross-functional collaboration, sales data management, lead sourcing and CRM. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the role will be based out of our Toronto office.

As a Sales Operations Analyst for LyricFind, your primary function is to work collaboratively with the sales organization to help drive strategic business planning and growth initiatives through the design of sales processes and leveraging of sales productivity tools, while liaising with our marketing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HubSpot with the sales team and marketing department.
  • Make strong recommendations for iterative process and workflow improvements in HubSpot, including Sequences.
  • Managing pre-sale and post-sale processes.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our sales processes then define and scope requirements to solve for increased revenue, improved HubSpot efficiency, and scaling our business effectively.
  • Attend and participate in meetings supporting the Sales team.
  • Make strong recommendations for iterative process and workflow improvements in HubSpot.
  • Optimize the configuration and adoption of our Sales Organization’s CRM tools and provide support for documentation and training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives with other departments (Marketing, Product, Sales).
  • Partner and support multiple business stakeholders (product, finance, marketing) to roadmap and develop operational best practices.
  • Work closely with the sales team on prospecting, account development and new business initiatives.
  • Subject matter expert on various Sales functions, teams, and processes.
  • Prioritize and support ad hoc requests and troubleshooting.

You will have a key role in driving the development, support, and optimization of our sales productivity tools (e.g. HubSpot and HubLead) to the sales team. You will also be responsible for a deep knowledge of our products, our clients, new opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Opportunities evolve, adapt, and emerge across a miscellany of means and verticals. As sales professionals, it is our responsibility and duty to explore them all, exhaustively.

A little about you:

  • A minimum of two years in a similar role and a strong understanding of CRM processes.
  • You are super organized, an eagle eye for detail, and thrive in a task-driven role. You’re the one who plans the trips with your friends and family, and (over?)analyzes everything with spreadsheets!
  • You have a post-secondary degree.
  • You possess an excellent command of the English language, oral and written.
  • You are process driven, goal oriented, and a master of time management.
  • You are constantly learning and continually investing in yourself and your professional development.
  • You lead with integrity, empathy, and honesty.
  • You have a growth mindset.

In addition to sales operations experience, we are also looking for the following characteristics:

  • You love to learn, listen, and discuss.
  • You’re adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-interaction environment.
  • You know what you know and don’t know. You don’t make assumptions – you find the truth and make decisions based on fact.

Bonus points for:

  • Speaking additional languages beyond English.
  • Having a well-established professional social network, e.g. LinkedIn.
  • Well versed in the sales and professional development canon
  • Years of experience working with HubSpot
  • Experience in the Music or Entertainment industry
