Description

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage ORCA’s distribution and channel partnerships.
Approximately 75% of this role will focus on supporting distribution partners that sell and implement ORCA in their local markets. You will coordinate across partners, customers, sales, product, and technical teams to move opportunities from qualification and scoping through pilot delivery, contracting, and expansion.
This role is suited to someone with strong project and partner-management experience who also understands complex enterprise SaaS sales. Experience with AI, agentic systems, machine learning, or other technically complex solutions is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary business contact for ORCA’s distribution and channel partners.
  • Manage partner-led opportunities across qualification, scoping, proposal development, contracting, pilot delivery, and expansion.
  • Coordinate responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Lydia AI, partners, and end customers.
  • Run regular partner pipeline and project reviews, identifying priorities, risks, blockers, and required support.
  • Equip partners with the product knowledge, presentations, case studies, and commercial guidance needed to sell ORCA effectively.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear project scopes, success criteria, and actionable next steps.
  • Maintain accurate visibility into partner performance, project status, sales forecasts, commercial commitments, and expected revenue.
  • Gather partner and customer feedback to improve ORCA’s product positioning, partner enablement, and go-to-market approach.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, partner management, channel sales, business development, enterprise SaaS, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributors, resellers, implementation partners, or other channel relationships.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Ability to translate technically complex products into clear business value, project requirements, and next steps.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and executive-reporting skills.
  • Experience working across international markets and distributed teams.
  • Experience with enterprise AI, agentic systems, machine learning, analytics, or workflow automation is preferred.
