We’re hiring our first Growth Product Manager to own and scale our product-led growth (PLG) strategy. You’ll drive initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to activation, engagement, and monetization—to unlock sustainable, repeatable growth.
As the bridge between product, marketing, and data, you’ll lead experiments, optimize user flows, and build growth loops to accelerate adoption and retention. If you love data-driven problem-solving and creating compounding growth mechanisms, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Own & Optimize Growth Levers: Identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, and retention. Define key metrics and improve them systematically.
- Drive Experimentation & Data-Driven Decisions: Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels. Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and engagement patterns to identify friction points.
- Improve Onboarding & Activation: Reduce time-to-value by refining the onboarding experience. Implement personalized activation flows to drive first engagement and habit formation.
- Leverage PLG & Growth Loops: Develop self-serve and virality mechanics (e.g., referral programs, product
- invites). Optimize the freemium model to maximize high-quality B2B lead conversion.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align growth initiatives. Work with data teams to establish tracking and reporting for growth experiments.
- Build Growth Infrastructure: Help establish scalable growth processes, tools, and playbooks for rapid iteration. Utilize analytics tools for insights.
Who You Are:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Management, Product Marketing or a related role responsible for growth within your organization.
- Proven track record of improving key metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization).
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with product analytics, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
- Experience in growth experimentation—iterating quickly on user journeys and acquisition channels.
- Deep understanding of user psychology and habit-forming product strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Passion for building scalable, compounding growth loops.
If you think your experience is most of the way, there we’d still love to meet you!
Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase.
Benefits and Perks:
- Health Benefits are available after 3 months with us, including a yearly health spending account. You'll also have access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support if needed.
- Hybrid Work Style: The best of both worlds. Enjoy remote work and a downtown Toronto office with snacks, events, and ping pong.
- Monthly team social events: (Super Smash Bro party, hot chocolate bar, Blue Jays game, Hot One's Challenge are just a few examples of what we have done in the past).
- Schedule flexibility: We know our employees have lives outside of work and don’t mind if you need to run to a mid-day doctor's appointment or pick up a kid early from school!
- Nomad policy: Work remotely 4 weeks of the year from anywhere in the world.
- Endless Learning: Our platform isn't just for accountants. Listen to podcasts on soft skills, career development, leadership, and more.
