We are seeking an experienced VP, Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and proven operator who has successful experience at companies that have grown to $50M+ in ARR. The VP, Marketing will be responsible for driving all aspects of marketing, with a particular focus on lead generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and conferences.
This role demands a hands-on leader who can build a marketing team from the ground up, create
data-driven strategies, and execute plans that align with our ambitious growth objectives.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to scale the company to $50m+ in ARR and beyond.
- Lead Generation: Help to design and implement scalable demand generation programs to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Product Marketing: Define and articulate product positioning, messaging and value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of a new product marketing function to help drive engagement and action within the platform through iterative playbook development.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Create and manage customer lifecycle campaigns to increase the effectiveness of our sales funnel, expand existing accounts and drive customer awareness and loyalty.
- Team Building & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Mentor and develop team members, aligning individual growth with organization goals.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the success of our marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to iterate on strategies.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience scaling a B2B company from the scale-up stage to $50m+ in ARR
- Demonstrated success in building a marketing function from the ground up, with a key focus on developing teams focused on lead generation, product marketing and lifecycle marketing.
- Track record of driving business growth and positive change at a scale up organization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Extensive background in measuring results and reporting to other key stakeholders around team performance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams

Please note this is a hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 2-3 days/week.
