- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of high growth enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor to help achieve their L&D goals.
- Help train, mentor and coach other members of the Enterprise Account Management team to achieve their goals and delight our clients.
- Becoming an expert on the LumiQ platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value.
- Consulting with customers on their internal learning goals and challenges while establishing ways to incorporate LumiQ.
- You will serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within the client organization to drive engagement and add value.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 4+ years of B2B enterprise account management experience as an individual contributor with demonstrable results in hitting and exceeding targets.
- Enterprise account management experience strongly preferredYou’re curious, empathetic and an excellent communicator.
- You've managed a small team previously and have shown an aptitude towards coaching and mentoring.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
- Willing to travel to meet prospects and customers.
