We are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist with a strong clinical foundation and an enthusiasm for emerging technology to help develop, validate, and enhance our growing library of virtual training experiences.


This is the ideal role for a clinician who loves tech, thrives in innovative environments, and enjoys supporting others in learning new tools. You will play a key part in ensuring Lumeto’s VR and AI-powered training platform delivers deeply effective, clinically sound, and educationally aligned learning experiences for healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do

Platform Expertise & Enablement

  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Lumeto’s immersive learning platform, including VR functionality, device workflows, and AI-driven simulation tools.
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new customers, ensuring they are confident and successful in using the platform to achieve their goals.
  • Continuously improve onboarding materials, documentation, and training assets to ensure they are user-friendly, engaging, and up-to-date.

Customer Deployment & Support

  • Support customer implementations by coordinating device setup, working with IT teams, and troubleshooting basic technical issues (virtually or on-site).
  • Serve as a trusted clinical ambassador during customer engagements, ensuring a smooth experience from initial deployment through sustained usage.
  • Deliver expert product demonstrations and represent Lumeto at industry events, webinars, and partner showcases.

Clinical Validation & Content Development

  • Provide clinical oversight in the development and refinement of simulation scenarios, training modules, and educational content.
  • Ensure all immersive experiences align with clinical best practices, industry standards, and adult learning principles.
  • Help build, maintain, and continuously improve our library of validated, high-impact clinical learning experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate clinical insights into product enhancements and new features.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify learning gaps, and communicate actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on clinical narratives, product positioning, and content creation.

Must-Have Qualifications

Relevant Experience

  • Direct clinical experience providing patient care in acute, community, or specialty settings.
  • Experience teaching, precepting, mentoring, or supporting others in a learning environment.
  • Demonstrated comfort troubleshooting technology-based tools, devices, or software.

Education / Credentials

  • A clinical designation such as, RT, Paramedic, RN or equivalent.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to travel to the United States as required.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how they apply to clinical training.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, shift between clinical and technical tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with travel (approx. 20%).

Soft Skills

  • A natural relationship-builder who can quickly gain trust with clinicians, educators, and administrators.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong follow-through and reliability.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience in simulation-based education (sim lab instruction, scenario development, VR training, or debriefing).
  • Exposure to SaaS products, ed-tech, health tech, or technical onboarding/support roles.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR hardware, AI-enabled learning tools, or immersive education platforms.
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult education facilitation.
  • Strong organization and process improvement mindset, always seeking to refine how things are done.
  • Experience gathering learner feedback and translating insights into program improvements.
  • The patience, empathy, and humour required to help users who are brand new to emerging technology.

Salary: CAD$75k-85k / year
