A natural leader, the ideal candidate will guide our team of sales representatives towards the achievement of their sales objectives.
As Direct Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our sales activities to individuals, particularly through partnerships and events. Your role will be to develop our sales network and manage a team of representatives in Montreal and Quebec City. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and monitoring the performance of your team, as well as implementing strategies to grow the department and achieve our sales targets.
Responsibilities
•
Identify and participate in direct sales events;
•
Develop and maintain partnerships that will benefit the company's growth;
•
Manage event logistics, including transport and set-up;
•
Work in the field to support sales representatives;
•
Set weekly sales targets and monitor acquisition costs;
•
Manage the sales team in person and virtually to optimize performance;
•
Oversee the hiring and integration of sales representatives in Montreal and Quebec City;
•
Lead team meetings and monitor procedures and performance;
•
Participate in related department tasks to support the company's growth.
Requirements
•
Car and valid driver’s licence;
•
Willingness to travel between Montreal and Quebec City;
•
Innate leadership, dynamism, and results-oriented;
•
Excellent communication skills in French and English (both written and oral);
•
Problem-solving skills in unforeseen circumstances;
•
Organizational skills to coordinate the logistics related to events.

Passion for fresh, local, responsible food;

Experience in direct sales and event coordination;

Experience in team management.
Schedule
•
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week.
•
Availability outside regular business hours to coordinate and attend events.
