We are looking for a passionate IT Coordinator to support all aspects of our IT infrastructure and resolve day-to-day IT requests. You will be joining the team of talented Information Technology Professionals on a mission to support and enable every team at Loopio through the use of technology best practices, automation and modern day technology products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the main point of contact for all IT related questions

  • Assist with onboarding new hires

  • Working with all departments to find the best solution for day-to-day IT requirements

  • Contribute to building the IT infrastructure and IT Documentation Database

  • Keep an up-to-date IT Asset list

  • Project based work including hardware and software implementation

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a help desk or IT-related role

  • Experience with triaging Level 1 IT requests

  • Familiar with Apple Devices & MacOS administration

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts

Bonus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SaaS Software Administration

  • Experience with a CRM or IT Ticketing System

  • G-Suite or Office365 Administration

  • Single-Sign-On (SSO) SAML Administration

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management

  • Experience with Networking Devices

Where You’ll Work 📍

  • We are currently only looking for candidates who reside in the Greater Toronto Area and can access our co-working space in Downtown Toronto. Due to the nature of this role, we may require you to come into our co-working space in Downtown Toronto a minimum of 2 days per week, on a as needed basis.

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.

  • Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

  • The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).

  • We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!

  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
