- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Define and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all marketing channels.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and growth targets.
- Brand and Product Positioning: Survey and publish the Loopio Trends Report
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to establish a strong market presence and brand equity.
- Drive product marketing efforts, including industry market research, competitive analysis, messaging, and positioning.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of the company’s messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
- Demand Generation and Growth Marketing: Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SAO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that support revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Customer Insights and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Utilize customer insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Communication and PR: Oversee corporate communications, including public relations and media relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Manage crisis communication and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks to the company’s brand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, customer experience, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Support the sales team with the development of sales enablement tools and resources to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share in a SaaS environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry, including market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
