ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manage inbound & outbound communications with clients requesting customized real estate forms & contracts for system development for multiple software platforms
- Prepare & communicate custom quotes for clients using standard defined processes & procedures
- Create necessary custom work orders for the Forms Development team in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver optimal results and prioritize a smooth client experience
- Candidate for this critical role must have the ability to respond & communicate requests to the forms development team that require mandatory deadlines to be met
- Attention to detail is a key element for this critical role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years’ experience in a work environment using computers
- Real Estate knowledge beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite
- The ability to assist in developing & closely following quality standards
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Business, Customer Service, or Computer Science preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- A keen eye for recognizing high profile / VIP clients
- Excellent decision making & communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce & JIRA highly desired
- Excellent written communication skills
