Lone Wolf is looking for a talented front-end developer to help develop and grow our team. You, as a front-end developer, will be responsible for creating and maintaining both our internal tools as well as our customer facing apps. As a teammate, you’ll be working closely with other front-end and back-end developers, product owners, and designers to implement features, make changes to existing code, and fix bugs that accidentally slipped through the cracks. We offer a suite of products we offer within the residential real estate industry used by hundreds of thousands of customers who have come to expect a high level of quality. You will have a large part in helping to both bring new features/products to market, along with maintaining and improving some of our legacy code bases. This position is in Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, performant code for our current and future web apps.
- Work with development team to implement new features, develop new products, and address bugs.
- Work within an Agile environment to plan and deliver work incrementally
- Develop high quality maintainable and scalable software
- Collaborate with the entire development team to deliver key business objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers, through the delivery of products and services with strong and extendable design patterns.
- Participate in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation; support, maintain, and help document software functionality.
- Identify technical requirements and participate in peer code reviews.
- Proactively learn product frameworks and code base; continually improve upon existing applications and learn new technologies.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience with the React
- Prior knowledge and experience using TypeScript
- Prior knowledge and experience working with REST
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with React Query or RelayJS
- Experience developing and working with shared component libraries
