- Dark Account Identification: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and qualify dark accounts (potential customers who have not yet engaged with our sales team).
- Lead Response: Promptly respond to inbound leads, qualify their needs, and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Outbound Campaign Follow-up: Execute follow-up activities for outbound marketing campaigns to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Chat Management: Engage with website visitors via chat to answer inquiries, qualify leads, and direct them to appropriate resources or team members.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain and nurture relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a BDR, sales, or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the tech industry or a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with dark account identification techniques and tools.
- Previous experience managing chat conversations with potential customers.
