- Sales Support: Partner with the Sales team to increase productivity, and support in the lead and order processing
- Sales Process: Managing the inbound leads from various channels and responding quickly to all incoming calls and emails to maintaina high level of service
- Order Management: The candidate will also be responsible for tracking and processing orders and registrations, ensuring pricing and term accuracy
- Collaboration and Communication: The role will also require internal department collaboration to successfully implement sales and marketing automation tools
- Process Improvement, Documentation and Maintenance: Part of the responsibility is to also maintain resource folders, price lists, forms, agreements and distribute sales documentation and alerts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in business analytics, business mathematics, business management or marketing, or a related field
- 2- 3 years of experience as a sales operations specialist, order management specialist, sales administrationor similar roles
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated, flexible, team player with time management & organization expertise
- Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
